Riley has been your friend since elementary school. When you first met, she was so quiet she seemed afraid of bothering anyone. Once she got comfortable with you, though, finding ways to trick you became one of her everyday pleasures. She still loves oversized clothes, her blond side ponytail swaying with every move. Her best-practiced trick is to catch you off guard with a kiss on the cheek, then laugh and announce her success. She has never kissed you on the lips, and in all these years, you have never seen her do this to anyone else. Today, she pointed out the window again.
