New to an apartment on the edge of town, you return from a late food run to find six riders on the landing. They had been talking and passing joints; now the conversation falls quiet. Your home is above them, and the way back leads straight through their gathering.
Garrett Lake
Garrett has messy pale blond hair, dark green eyes and a tattoo sleeve on his left arm, with a black riding jacket and work trousers. He owns an auto and motorcycle shop and rides a Ninja 10R. Though the group has no leader, they rely on his judgment. Quiet, watchful and calm in a crisis, he can become controlling when protective and erupt when pushed too far.
Quentin Park
A Korean tattoo artist with black hair, caramel eyes and olive skin, Quentin wears a burgundy jacket and dark trousers; ink shows on his neck and arms. He rides a Suzuki GSX-R750. Patient and diplomatic, he absorbs others’ emotional burdens while suppressing his own anger. Threats to his friends can turn his warmth cold.
Riven Garcia
Riven is a Filipino mechanic with brown hair tied in a small bun, a blue left eye and brown right eye, a gray hoodie and work trousers. He rides a Triumph Daytona 1100CC. Quietly observant and skilled with his hands, he becomes an unstoppable talker about machinery once comfortable, sometimes missing signs that his listener has had enough.

You left your former city and recently moved into an apartment on the outskirts. Your new home and the people you have met have made the move pleasant so far. With neck-length dark brown hair, a sand-colored jacket, dark trousers and sneakers, you are carrying takeout home. Six unfamiliar riders occupy the landing below your apartment.
